The Special Menu for the Day
For World Lobster Day we designed a unique menu of small bitesthat captures the identity of Moocasa:
- Mini Lobster Rolls with soft brioche and Marie Rose sauce
- Lobster Arancini with a crisp crust and Hollandaise foam.
- Lobster Dumplings with smoked mayonnaise.
- Lobster Tacos with guacamole & chilli
- Lobster Mac & Cheese
- Lobster Ceviche Shots with yuzu vinaigrette & caviar.
- Surf & Turf creations such as Shrimp & Wagyu Skewers, Mini Beef & Lobster Tartare, or a Mini wagyu burger with pickle & cheddar
